Mission of the organization:
Protection of rights and advancement of children’s interests who were suffered from ecological and anthropogenic disasters. Assistance in building society with equal opportunities.
Goals of the organization:
- rendering psychological, juridical, social-legal, information aid and supporting children with limited opportunities and their parents;
- expansion and consolidation of network of organizations of children with disabilities;
- holding research on studying children’s conditions with disabilities;
- supporting civil initiatives;
- execution of international partnership, including holding partner and network activities;
- execution of cooperation with governmental bodies for the purpose of improving policies and legislation, particularly focusing on ensuring equal rights and opportunities for children with disabilities;
- holding expert appraisal of enacted bills and programmess as to object of sensitivity to matter of disability.

- information-consulting service;

- social charitable projects of supporting vulnerable children in Kyzylorda region;
- projects of promoting inclusive education in Kyzylorda region.
Most significant projects and programs for last 5 years:
- Complex program “Aral. Ecology. Children” for health improvement of 600 vulnerable children in Kyzylorda region for the purpose of ensuring access to qualitative medical services in best clinics of RK. Budget of the project – 6 000 000 KZT. 2000-2006.
- Program me “Child in trouble - leukemia”. Social services for oncohematologically sick children (25) in Kyzylorda region. Budget of the project – 10 000 000 KZT. 2000-2010.
- “Yes to inclusive education!” Opening of the pilot school of teaching children with limited possibilities in Kyzylorda city. Budget of the project – 1 370 500 KZT. 2009-2010.
Perspective projects, programs and actions:
Methods of work, services rendered by the organization:
- rendering social services to children with disabilities and their parents;
- assistance to children with limited possibilities in implementing their rights and decision in difficult situations;
- providing information about social, medical, educational, housing and other questions;
- organization of communication and leisure;
- trainings in fields of human rights, philosophy of independent life, gender and disability, psychology, etc.
Non-governmental organization (NGO):
- consulting NGO people with disabilities;
- training, master-classes in fields of human rights, NGO and society, gender and disability, training skill, fundraising and management and etc;
- participation in network of movement of women and children with disabilities in Kazakhstan and Central-Asia;
- development of international expert network in fields of gender and disability.
Target group (audience) of the organization:
Main target group – children with disabilities and their parents, women (females with disabilities), and also public organizations of people with disabilities in Kyzylorda region.
